During your initial visit to view the facilities the lodge will discuss with you, over a steaming cup of tea or coffee, the general details of your day. By the end of your second visit they’ll have covered all the arrangements for the day. If you feel that further meetings are needed to resolve any uncertainties, they’ll only be too happy to set your mind at ease.
