Cindy Bam is a Cape Town based designer, who has channelled her passion for design into the world of bridal and evening gowns. Working from her studio in Long Street, Cape Town, she creates luxury gowns that evoke drama and glamour of past eras whilst still maintaining a modern edge.
Soon after finishing her studies in 1993, Cindy moved to France, where she experienced the elegance of classic French design. She returned to South Africa in 1996, moved to Cape Town where she has gained invaluable experience as a designer. Her work not only reflects her love for design but also celebrates the sensuality, romance and spirit of women.
Using only the very best fabrics sourced from around the world, Cindy’s designs are known for their superior fit with a vintage touch. Every gown is hand-made, lovingly crafted by an in-house team of seamstresses and beaders who share in the Cindy Bam culture – to offer exceptional quality in product and service.

In addition to her bespoke design service, Cindy Bam offers a range of unique, ready-to-wear bridal gowns, available for purchase. Clients have the opportunity to try on various styles to see what best suits their figure and personality.
