Nantes Estate Venue, draws on the history and character of the surrounding Paarl countryside – ushering through its doors a classic 17th century European style of elegant spaces, rare finds and fine touches.

Beautiful vineyards and the dramatic Drakenstein Mountains envelop our elegantly renovated function venue. The air-conditioned estate offers both exquisite views and a welcome respite from the summer heat, making it an ideal location for weddings and special events. It comfortably seats 200 people banquet-style or 160 for a dinner / dance. The swimming pool area provides an ideal backdrop for pre-dinner drinks.

The building amenities also provide the perfect platform for conferences, training seminars, corporate entertainment, exhibitions and product launches.

Paarl is one of the oldest towns in South Africa; dating back to 1687 when the first European settlers named it after a monumental boulder on a local hilltop that resembled a smooth, enormous pearl. The fine qualities of pearls – rare, precious and beautiful – extend over the entire valley, and find themselves very much at home in our beautiful estate.
